 1. Booking and Reservations:

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or in person at our spa.

• Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   

​ 2. Arrival and Late Policy:

• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration out of fairness to other guests.

 

 3. Health and Wellness:

• Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session begins.

• Expecting guests are advised to consult their physician before booking any spa service.

• Guests with certain medical conditions may be asked to provide a doctor's clearance before receiving specific services.

 4. Payment and Gratuity: 

• Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and gift certificates.

 

 5. Spa Facilities: 

• Use of facilities such as the steam room or jacuzzi may be subject to additional charges or advance booking requirements.

• We kindly ask all guests to respect the spa environment by keeping mobile phone use and noise to a minimum.

 

 6. Personal Belongings:

• Azure Spa Powai is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

• We recommend securing valuables in the provided lockers or leaving them at home for your peace of mind.

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be restricted from certain services or facilities.

 

 8. Gift Certificates: 

• Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed against any spa service or product.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
